Meet the Team
Dr Garima Sinha
Principal Dentist at Antrim House Dental Practice
Garima qualified from India in 2000. After passing her registration exam in the U.K.
in 2007, she worked as an Associate Dentist in an extremely busy NHS practice.
In 2015 Garima brought her first Dental Practice and since then she has never looked back. She treats all her patients as if they were her own. Patients often comment on her impersonable nature and feel very relaxed and reassured with her.
Over the years she has developed special interest in treating children and nervous adult patients. She firmly believes in ‘prevention is better than cure’ and educating and treating the young adults and their parents will minimise dental caries and gum disease in the long run.
Post Covid there has been an acute shortage of NHS dentists and since then she has additionally decided to become a Work Based Supervisor where she is heavily involved in supervising dental therapists and young/overseas dentist, hence trying to improve new patient access and reduce waiting times for our existing NHS patients.
Garima is the pillar for all private treatment at Antrim House. She has expertise in creating complex treatment plans on all private patients, branching out to her skilled team who have over 75 years combined experience. Great emphasis is given to all her “dental phobic” patients who have not seen a dentist for over 2 decades or more, discussing all treatment options in a way that patients thoroughly understand and
appreciate.
Outside of work Garima enjoys cooking, interior designing, travelling and spending quality time with her 2 boys and family.
